One word to describe the vision board experience and by extension the 12 month journey is mind blowing. Through this investment in self I was added to a community of phenomenal human beings who all had one goal in mind which was self development. The vision board experience was 3 days of reflection. I was able to zone into what I really wanted for my life and visualize what I wanted that to look like. Each day brought clarity which was a bit unsettling at first but as I started to realize the vision I established in January throughout the year the value of the experience was cemented.

Dr. Janelle Chase-Mayers is a mental health consultant-coach and Creative Systemic Therapist with over 18 years experience who believes in Transformational EnVisioning after she lived with an experience that required her to re-evaluate, re-organize and eventually re-engineer everything about her life experiences,
At the age of 27, she found herself grieving a previous vision of a life as a happily married wife and mother. Trying to make sense of losing her husband to a traumatic death and caring for a 4-week-old baby. Fast forward to now she has envision her life and uses transformational practices to ensure each step of her life has allowed her to Re-engineer life to be more purposeful and present.
She is passionate about helping individuals understand their mental health and Founder/CEO of Reengineering Wellbeing Consultancy, a Visionary Wellness Company that highlights and builds on the strengths and visions of individuals, teams, and organization.
Dr. Jay is the author of These Three Words, a self-help personal development book designed to help individuals start their healing process after being emotionally exhausted and their experience of trauma and crisis. She also writes a weekly blog called Transformation Tuesday to help individuals punctuate their weekly opportunities for growth.
